Sponsor
- This contest is sponsored by Stoeger Canada in support of Beretta Defense Technologies (BDT) and its family of brands.
Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only.
- Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entrants must hold a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL).
- Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible.
- The contest is void where prohibited by law.
Contest Period
- The BDT Tikka + Steiner Giveaway runs through August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
- Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible for the draw.
How To Enter
- Complete the official online entry form in full.
- Confirm Canadian residency, age, and valid PAL licence.
- Agree to the contest rules and conditions.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize
- Tikka T3x TACT A1 chambered in .308 WIN with a 24" barrel.
- Steiner T6Xi 5–30×56mm scope with SCR2 MIL reticle, first focal plane.
- Steiner T Series Rings, 34mm high.
- Total approximate retail value: $7,650 CAD.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection And Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries after the contest closes.
- The selected winner will be contacted directly using the email address and phone number provided at entry.
- The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
- If the selected winner does not respond in time, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Verification
- The winner may be required to provide proof of age and Canadian residency.
- The winner must provide proof of a valid PAL licence prior to delivery of the firearm.
- The winner may be required to complete and return a declaration and release form.
- Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Consent To Communications
- By entering, participants consent to receive communications related to the administration of this contest.
- Participants who opt in may also receive marketing communications from BDT and Stoeger Canada and may unsubscribe at any time.
General Conditions
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
Release Of Liability
- By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance and use of the prize.
Privacy
- Personal information collected through the entry form will be used for the purpose of administering the contest and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Governing Law
- This contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
